Ifeanyi Ubah Reportedly Arrested & Detained by DSS

The Chairman of Capital Oil, Ifeanyi Ubah has been arrested and detained by the Department of State Services (DSS).

The report added that the businessman was involved in illegal sale of crude oil stored in his facility.
